Senior nursing managers supervise all caregiver staff. Additionally, our team coordinates directly with physicians and specialists to establish short- and long-term care plans, including vital sign monitoring and medication management.

Yes, we offer full-time live-in caregiver and aya services to ensure continuous, compassionate, and professional assisted care for elderly or ill family members at home.

What patient conditions do your caregivers support?

Our certified professionals are trained to care for elderly individuals, disabled adults, recovering patients, and critically ill patients requiring daily living assistance.

What is the difference between a caregiver and a medical attendant at home?

A caregiver focuses primarily on companionship, basic meal setup, and personal hygiene. A medical attendant at home holds a Paramedical Diploma and provides personal care along with limited clinical support, such as monitoring vital signs, tracking NG/PEG tube feeding, managing medication schedules, and supporting daily physical exercises.

Are 24-hour medical attendants available across Pakistan?

Yes, full-time 24/7 live-in medical attendants are available across Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, and Peshawar. 12-hour shifts are available in select metro areas.

How are your medical attendants trained and supervised?

All attendants hold a recognized Paramedical Diploma with 2–5 years of verified field experience. Once placed, care quality is supervised through periodic home visits by our Nursing Manager, monthly visits by a female physiotherapist, and daily logs shared via a private family WhatsApp group.

Can we request a replacement if the assigned medical attendant is not a good fit?

Yes. If you feel the assigned medical attendant does not suit your patient’s specific needs or daily preferences, notify our management team, and we will arrange a qualified replacement promptly to ensure seamless care.

What medical equipment or supplies should the family prepare at home?

Families need to provide basic diagnostic tools prescribed by the patient's physician, such as a digital blood pressure monitor, glucometer with testing strips, disposable gloves, sanitizers, and any required nursing consumables.
